A note on COVID-19

As we plan for Momentum 2020, we continue to assess current events as it relates to COVID-19 and the health and safety of our registrants. As of April 7 we are continuing to plan for Momentum 2020 in July and ask that you pray with us for the timeline of the virus passing, our country’s health, and the date of Momentum. We are working to be flexible with registration dates and costs. Please see our new deadline structure below. Thank you for continuing to support the mission of Momentum by planning for the #bestweekofsummer, Lord willing.

And His name will be the hope of all the world.  Matthew 12:21

Transportation Costs
For a nominal fee ($3-$4/person) Momentum is prepared to provide transportation for off campus ministry opportunities for groups unable to provide their own transportation. (Note: Groups that fly to Momentum will be contacted by the Momentum office for additional information about ground transportation for off campus ministry opportunities).

What if I registered and paid a $75 deposit before the deadline changed to paying a $200 deposit by June 15?
You will need to log into your account and pay the remaining $125 by June 15 and the balance by July 1 in order to secure the best rate.

What if I paid the deposit already or pay it by June 15 but then need to cancel my registration?
Our cancellation policy is still in effect if Momentum 2020 is still happening and a registrant needs to cancel.

What if Momentum is cancelled because of government regulations?
If it is out of our control to have Momentum 2020 and we must cancel the July event with no other alternative plans in place, Momentum will refund you any money paid towards your 2020 registration except a $25 administrative fee.

A Note on Registration
Students register for Momentum as a part of their youth group. For some one to register a church’s youth leader first has to activate their church on our registration system by emailing our Registrar. Once your church is a part of the registration system, you can register at any time. All our liability, health, and requested info forms are a part of our online registration.

Momentum is a jam packed week! Each afternoon we offer fun events on campus for anyone to be a part of. Those include sports tournaments, art classes, free play games, the campus movie theater, swimming pool, and climbing wall, and big group events that are often crazy, messy, and unexpected.

We also organize great serving opportunities in the community for each youth group to partner with. We work with area nursing homes, affordable housing iniatives, resell centers, homeless shelter, migrant services, and much more for our students to be experiencing hands on ministry where they can be stretched in sharing their faith with people. Youth leaders can choose to mix up the week and serve any number of afternoons according to what experience the group is wanting from the week.
