For more than 80 years, this life-changing experience has launched students into deeper faith and greater leadership. It’s not just a conference, it’s a catalyst. Students return home fired up to serve, to share, and to lead. Churches see renewed passion. Communities see transformed young people stepping into their callings. Grace College Akron exists to change that. This innovative partnership brings accredited theological education together with practical, hands-on ministry experience. Students learn from seasoned pastors while actively serving in local churches — gaining both knowledge and wisdom for ministry leadership.

Through professional cohorts, coaching, and training, Momentum PRO helps pastors build healthy rhythms, grow in their leadership, and connect with others who understand their challenges.

This mentorship program bridges the gap between faith and work by pairing young professionals with seasoned mentors who walk alongside them as they discover how their careers can become platforms for ministry. Students gain clarity on calling, confidence in their faith, and practical career readiness, all rooted in biblical truth. Mentors find purpose and joy in investing in the next generation.
