Each year, Giving Tuesday stands as a reminder of the power of generosity—how a single gift can create ripples far beyond what we can see. At Momentum Ministry Partners, that ripple effect is not just a possibility; it is our mission in action. Over the past few years, Momentum has been able to double the impact of its programs. This year, we believe God will allow us to increase the giving coming into Momentum to keep up with the rapid expansion of these programs and the real differences they are making.

Momentum has always been about multiplication. Our vision has never been limited to one event, one conference, or one leader. Instead, every program we offer—from Momentum Youth Conference to Grace College Akron, to PRO Cohorts, to Urban Centers—exists to invest in leaders who will then impact hundreds more.

Momentum builds leaders because leaders build momentum.

And it’s true. When you invest in a single leader, you invest in the hundreds of students, families, churches, and communities that leader will influence.

No one captures this better than Dayne Caraway, a pastor and longtime friend of Momentum. In reflecting on his journey, he shared, “Momentum was not just a place where we took our teenagers every summer, but it also was the organization that provided leadership training for me as a youth pastor.” That’s the heart of Momentum—equipping leaders who then equip others. Dayne’s experience mirrors what so many pastors, worship leaders, youth pastors, and marketplace servants testify to year after year: Momentum changes people, but it also builds leaders. Check out Dayne’s short testimonial on YouTube.

Your Giving Creates Leaders Who Multiply

When you give to Momentum on Giving Tuesday and through the end of the year, you’re not just funding a program. You’re planting seeds of transformation in leaders who will carry the Gospel into every corner of the world. As Dayne says, “When you give to Momentum, you are giving to leadership development. When you give to Momentum, you are giving to the next generation of pastors, youth pastors, and worship pastors. You are giving to young men and women who are going to the marketplace with the name of Jesus Christ.”

That is exactly what makes Momentum’s impact unique. Every gift given helps equip the next wave of leaders—leaders who will shape ministries, revitalize churches, and represent Jesus in workplaces, neighborhoods, hospitals, schools, businesses, and beyond. Whether a student becomes a pastor or an accountant, a worship leader or an engineer, Momentum prepares them to use their gifts to advance the Gospel.

This is multiplication. One leader. Hundreds of lives transformed.

We have exciting news to share.

Thanks to the generosity of a few gracious donors, every donation made to Momentum between now and December 31 will be matched up to $250,000. (This includes monthly gifts for the next 12 months.)

The Power of Leadership Development

Leadership development is not flashy, but it is foundational. Buildings age. Programs change. Events come and go. But leadership development has a generational impact. When a young leader is trained, equipped, and discipled, their influence multiplies for decades.

Momentum’s leadership focus is intentional, biblical, and strategic:

  • We train youth leaders so they are supported, refreshed, and equipped to disciple effectively.

  • We invest in students to cultivate courage, character, and clarity in their calling.

  • We raise up marketplace missionaries who carry the name of Jesus into their industries.

  • We equip future pastors and worship leaders who will shepherd churches for decades to come.

And with every leader we develop, the multiplication grows.

Why Giving Tuesday Matters Right Now

Giving Tuesday draws attention to generosity at a time when ministries everywhere are preparing for next year’s impact. For Momentum, Giving Tuesday and end of year giving is a crucial time. It sets the tone for our year-end giving and allows us to launch strong into another year of equipping leaders across the country.

Last year, the response to our programs continued to increase—fueling new opportunities in leadership training initiatives. Conferences expanded. Training deepened. Students heard the Gospel and stepped into their calling. Leaders grew.

This year, we’re asking God to help us increase our financial donations—not for our benefit, but for theirs. For the leaders ready to be trained. For the pastors waiting for support. For the students who need direction. For the churches hungry for revival. For the communities that need hope.

How Momentum Multiplication Works

Momentum’s multiplication model can be summed up in four simple steps:

  1. Identify students and leaders with God-given potential.

  2. Equip them through training, discipleship, and hands-on ministry experiences.

  3. Empower them with community, mentorship, and opportunities to grow.

  4. Release them to serve in their callings—impacting hundreds more.

This is not theoretical. It is happening now in real time. Leaders raised up through Momentum are planting churches, revitalizing ministries, discipling students, and influencing corporate America with the love of Christ.

Your Giving Tuesday gift fuels this pipeline of multiplication.
