We are facing an unprecedented
leadership crisis in the Church.
But raising up more pastors alone will not solve it.
Healthy churches also need an army of strong, faithful, missionally-minded marketplace professionals to lead in their workplaces AND the local church.
OUR GOAL:
Raise up 10,000 missional marketplace leaders in
10 years
Learn how we are also training 3,000 new pastors here!

Many marketplace leaders carry a false sense of guilt that they don’t love Jesus as much as leaders in full-time ministry. Nothing could be further from the truth.
How does the Momentum Marketplace program work?
Our Target:
High school juniors and seniors mentored by marketplace leaders in your local church.
Length:
Two 6-week video based meetings divided into fall and spring sessions.
This mentoring program can also include a kick-off retreat, shadow My Mentor Days, and a Celebration Event.
Content:
Three vital components are integrated throughout the program:
1. Biblical theology of work and calling
2. US Department of Education Career Readiness Skills
3. Intergenerational, trusted, professional mentoring relationships.
Commitment:
Students and Mentors can commit to either one or both 6-week sessions. We’ve designed the program to accommodate busy seasons for both high-capacity marketplace leaders and students who often have seasonal conflicts.
Although we don’t ask for mentors to commit beyond the session curriculum, we are hopeful that they will continue to connect and support their mentees in an ongoing mentoring relationship as they feel led.
