Hosted by Momentum Ministry Partners, Momentum Youth Conference (MYC) is an annual national Christian conference designed for middle school and high school students (grades 7–12) and their youth leaders. MYC is designed to help students encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and develop into confident leaders who impact their communities. Through powerful teaching, worship, and meaningful connections, MYC creates a space where the next generation can be challenged and equipped to follow Christ.

The 2026 conference was held on July 14-19 at Indiana Wesleyan University. As we look back on this year’s event, we celebrate the ways God moved and the lasting impact made through the Momentum Youth Conference!

Bringing Students Together From Across the Country

Momentum Youth Conference 2026 brought together more than 2,500 students, youth leaders, pastors, and ministry partners from 100 churches across 25 states for an impactful week.

One of the most powerful parts of MYC is seeing generations of leaders come full circle. Hundreds of youth leaders and pastors who attended Momentum decades ago as students returned, now bringing their own students. It’s a reminder that the impact of the Momentum Youth Conference extends far beyond one event or even one generation.

The energy throughout the conference was unforgettable as students worshiped together, built new friendships, and were challenged by leaders who are passionate about the next generation. We believe the same story will continue for years to come as today’s students become tomorrow’s leaders, bringing future generations back to Momentum to encounter Jesus and impact their communities.

Inspiring Messages From This Year’s Speakers at Momentum Youth Conference

Every year, the Momentum Youth Conference brings together pastors and ministry leaders who faithfully open God’s Word and challenge the next generation to boldly follow Jesus. Every speaker brought a unique perspective and powerful reminder of what it means to follow Christ. From the main stage to the breakout sessions, students were challenged and equipped to take the next step in their faith. Here are a few highlights from this year’s main session speakers.

Jim Brown

We were thrilled to welcome Jim Brown to our stage, a man who has faithfully served as the Lead Pastor of Grace Community Church in Goshen, Indiana for the past 30 years. He’s also the founder of Fight Club 414, a men’s ministry impacting lives across the U.S. and around the world.

Jim has a passion for helping people follow Jesus with courage and conviction. He spoke boldly to students about forgiveness and how it sets us apart from the rest of the world. Highlighting the Parable of the Unforgiving Servant in Matthew 18, Jim encouraged our students to live out their callings as followers of Jesus – forgiving others as Christ has forgiven them.

“We look more like Jesus when we forgive someone 70×7 than any other time in our lives” -Jim Brown

Keith Miller

Since 2004, Keith has served as Lead Pastor of Grace Fellowship in Pickerington, Ohio. Over the past two decades, he has faithfully led the church through incredible growth and a powerful move of God, helping people discover the life-changing hope found in Jesus.

Keith is a passionate and gifted communicator who loves seeing the local church unleashed to make a lasting impact in its community and beyond. This year at MYC, he challenged students to take their faith seriously, recognizing that it won’t always be easy. The gate may be small, and the road may be narrow – but God is moving in students as they hear the radical truth of Christ.

“If you tell me that you want to be a serious-minded follower of Jesus, then you better recognize that you are in a fight and your story has a villain.” -Keith Miller

Clayton King

Clayton King speaking at Momentum Youth Conference 2026

As the founder and president of Clayton King Ministries, our friend Clayton has spent years preaching the Gospel, investing in pastors and leaders, and equipping the next generation to boldly follow Jesus.

And he certainly lived up to his reputation at MYC 2026. During his session, Clayton made sure students understood that while the work of the Gospel was finished on the cross, they still have a decision to make. They cannot lean on the faith of their family or friends; they must decide for themselves that they are ready to follow Jesus.

“God loves you. He has already done all the work it takes to save you. The only thing left is for you to decide, ‘I’m ready.’ -Clayton King

A Weekend of Worship and Encountering God

At the heart of Momentum Youth Conference is a desire to create space for students to encounter the presence of God. Through powerful worship and moments of prayer, students were invited to move beyond the spiritual high of a conference to experience a deeper relationship with Jesus.

The atmosphere throughout MYC 2026 was truly supernatural. Thousands of students lifted their hands and voices in praise, and prayed with one another as they felt God move. What happened throughout the week can only be explained by God at work in the lives of students.

This year, more than 500 students made the decision to follow Jesus at the Momentum Youth Conference, many for the very first time. These moments of surrender are the reason the Momentum Youth Conference exists: to see the next generation encounter Christ, grow in their faith, and become bold followers of Jesus in their communities.

Competition, Tournaments and Games

At Momentum Youth Conference, we believe there is value in playing hard, having fun, and creating space for students to connect. Throughout the week, students had plenty of chances to compete, move, and build friendships through a variety of activities.

From Spikeball and Gaga Ball to basketball, dodgeball, volleyball, and more, students brought energy and excitement to every competition. The 2026 Battle Royale brought teams together in a high-energy showdown as students represented different team colors and competed for the top spot.

The competition continued with the Momentum Sports World Cup Bracket Challenge, where participants battled for bragging rights and a FIFA-themed prize. Congratulations to Zach B., this year’s bracket challenge winner!
