We welcome Day Guests to visit Momentum and have much to offer people. We encourage students and leaders who would like to visit Momentum to see what it is like in the hope that they might register for the entire conference the following year. Additionally, parents visiting their students and other guests who would like to hear certain speakers in the main session are also welcomed!
Admission passes are available to purchase at the door for all sessions. Tickets for any main session is $12 for adults and students (no admittance for children 11 and under).
At Momentum, Day Guests are welcome to attend any teaching times which includes Power Track student seminars, Youth Worker Labs, and Main Sessions. Day Guests are not allowed to participate in any afternoon student activities including off campus ministry projects or on campus student competitive events. On Wednesday afternoon, Day Guests are welcome to attend Momentum’s Got Talent to encourage students who are participating.

Admission passes are available to purchase at the door for all sessions listed below. In addition, for the Thursday Evening Session with Louie Giglio, you may purchase non refundable tickets in advance of Momentum by calling CE National at 574-267-6622 which will be mailed to you. Tickets for any main session is $12 for adults and students (no admittance for children 11 and under).
Admittance to Momentum Main Sessions will include the following costs:
- Adults: $12/session
- Students: $12/session
- Children: Momentum does not allow children (infant to 5th grade) admittance into any of the main sessions. However, there is a Live Video Feed Room available where parents and children may view the Main Sessions.
- Payment is due at the time of check in at the Momentum Office or the Chapel on the campus. Payment may be made by check, cash, or credit card.
Lodging on campus is not available. Adults or students visiting Momentum are not permitted to stay overnight in the dorm with any registered Momentum attendee. i.e. youth pastors/workers are unable to grant permission for other students or adults from their church to stay in the dorm with their registered students/adults. This is not a space issue (empty bed available, willing to sleep on the floor, etc.), it is a liability issue.
MEALS are not included with the Day Guest Fees. Day Guests may purchase meals on a meal-to meal basis at the Momentum Office on campus before going to the Dining Hall. The prices for the buffet-style (all-you can-eat) meals are:
Children Ages 4 and under are free per campus policy
Ages 5 -11
Breakfast: 7 – 9 a.m., $5
Lunch: 12:30 – 2 p.m., $6
Dinner: 5 – 7 p.m., $7
Adults 12 and Over
Breakfast: 7 – 9 a.m., $7
Lunch: 12:30 – 2 p.m., $8
Dinner: 5 – 7 p.m., $9
There is no pre-conference registration required. All guests visiting campus are required to Check-in at the Momentum Office in the Student Center as soon as they arrive on campus unless arrival is 30 minutes or less before the Main Session starts, then check-in is held in the lobby of the Chapel Auditorium. Purchase Day Guest tickets ahead of time for the Thursday evening session by calling 574-267-6622.
Once checked in, guests will receive their admittance tickets – which are given to the ushers at the doors of the auditorium. Guests need to register/check-in a day at a time. Each day a guest arrives on campus, they must first go to the Momentum Office to check-in.
