Across the country, pastoral burnout is taking its toll on local churches. The number of pastors giving consideration to leaving ministry has climbed steadily over the years to nearly 50% as of 2022. One of the top three reasons for their consideration was a feeling of loneliness and isolation.

Momentum PRO, a leadership development initiative from Momentum Ministry Partners, is working to reverse this statistic through co-horts that equip pastors and ministry leaders with coaching, critical resources, and training to strengthen church leadership, prevent pastoral burnout, and build healthy local churches. What Does Momentum PRO Offer?

Momentum PRO delivers the support you need through two primary avenues: collaborative cohorts and a digital library of free resources.

PRO COHORTS: Join an intentional, two-year peer network of other church leaders. Gathering twice a year, these cohorts offer expert coaching, real-time collaboration, and trusted relationships to help you navigate leadership challenges together.

PRO RESOURCES: Gain access to a comprehensive digital library designed specifically for ministry professionals. Download game ideas, small group discussion ideas, training guides, and frameworks built to save you time.
